- Fees are invoiced at the beginning of each term and must be paid in full by the specified due date, which will be communicated by the finance department during the term.
- School fees cover all educational expenses, except for the Multisensory program, which complements Physical Education and the Tennis Club to promote movement and enhance development.
- Full-term fees will be charged regardless of the start date.
- Monthly Payment Option (2,500 QAR/month): Mandatory post-dated cheques covering the full term must be provided, dated the 1st of each month. Each cheque will be deposited no later than the 5th of the respective month.
- A late payment fee of Qrs. 50 will be charged for each week of delay.
- School Seat Reservation fee of 3,000 QAR is payable, upon acceptance of the offer letter and all required documentation must be submitted to Admissions. The Reservation fee guarantees a place is held for the student and is deductible from the tuition Fee for Term 1.
- The Reservation and Registration fee is nonrefundable and non-transferable.
- Withdrawals or transfer:
- A written notice must be provided at least 6 weeks before the transfer date. Failure to comply may result in a penalty of half a term’s fees. Additionally, a STUDENT WITHDRAWAL FORM must be completed, and parents are responsible for covering any outstanding balances.
- No refunds or discounts will be provided if your child is absent due to illness, holiday, or any other reason, or when MLWK is closed.
- Failure to pay fees according to the schedule will result in your child being blocked on the Ministry of Education and Higher Education’s NSIS, preventing transfer or continued enrollment at My Little World until payment is settled.
- Reports and transfer certificates will only be released once all outstanding fees have been fully settled.
- Costs for additional after-school activities and extra-curricular activities will be charged separately
- School fees are the responsibility of parents, regardless of whether they are reimbursed by an employer.
- Fees will be reviewed annually with approval from the MOEHE.
